Wicker Service Centre
We will be more than pleased to help you and give advice in organising rehabilitation in one the of the rehabilitation clinics of the Wicker-Group.
We can advise you or your family on any questions relating to your rehabilitation, before, during or after your acute medical treatment.
Please do not hesitate to contact us on various matters, whether it is co-ordinating the date of admission, your journey, accommodating your family or understanding how we bill the medical expenses.
We will assist you with all that is necessary to organise and prepare your admission to the rehabilitation clinic or acute care hospital. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
After the application to one of our facilities has been submitted we will support you with organising the direct billing to your insurance company or financial supporter, with the date of admission and with organising transport.
We are usually able to give clearance for admission for all medical indications within a few days of application.
We take over the organisation and preparation (such as co-ordinating the date of admission with the discharging hospital, or organising transport) for those patients who have had applications made through their financiers (i.e. private funds, insurances, or government bodies). We will advise you in difficult cases, such as complications in the course of the illness, or in case of uncertain rehabilitation potential.
